Flexible foam is precisely cut to size with a saw or, for larger quantities, a highly modern water jet machine.
The foam inserts are offered in various grades depending on the application and your needs in terms of durability and resilience. Thermoformed mouldings are a cost-effective alternative to foam inserts. While the plastic thermoformed moulds are less flexible, they are especially tough, dirt-repellent and washable.
