It is not just the sturdy aluminium profiles and robust finish that help ensure your products are transported securely; another key factor is having the right inlay. The tailored inlay prevents your products from slipping around inside the case and keeps everything in its rightful place.

To create the perfect inlay, we measure your products precisely so that they can be held in place securely during transport and presented in an appealing way. There is a choice of two different materials for the inlay. Flexible foam can either be carved to exactly the right shape with a saw or, in the case of larger quantities, cut using a state-of-the-art water jet machine. Various grades of foam inlay are available, depending on the application and the level of durability and resilience required.

Aside from the foam inlays, thermoformed inserts provide another cost-effective solution. The die is specially produced and is exactly the right shape to ensure your products fit perfectly inside the pockets. The plastic moulds are less flexible than foam, which makes them particularly resilient, resistant to dirt and capable of being wiped clean.
