Aquajet cutting
A high-pressure water jet is used to cut the required shapes in the foam, resulting in perfect inlays for your products in next to no time. This method is primarily used for large parts and always promises precise results.
Laser cutting
This technology is used, in particular, for cutting out openings and making recesses in the cases and transport systems in order to accommodate handles or rollers. Please note, however, that this only applies to quantities of 20 or more; otherwise, conventional methods, such as milling or punching, are used.
Screen printing
In addition to pad and digital printing methods, faisst also makes frequent use of screen printing to print onto surfaces. This makes it possible to print onto coarser structures, too, without having to compromise on printing quality in any way. Take your company logo with you whenever you visit a customer.
Scroll saw
When producing one-off sample cases or small quantities, a scroll saw is used to cut the required shape in the foam inlay by hand with the aid of a manually drawn template. This avoids programming costs and means that small quantities can also be made available at low cost.
Milling
This production method is most frequently used when producing individual foam inlays. One of the key advantages is that a perfect result can still be achieved even where a large number of parts or delicate parts are involved.
High-speed cutting
Various elements are available for configuring the case’s interior and these can be integrated on an individual basis. These can take the form of large pockets, document holders or small pockets. The high-speed cutter produces the right parts from paper or cardboard in next to no time, ensuring that the size matches exactly.
